When you place your order on our website we want you to be happy with your purchase. If for some reason you are not satisfied, you can return the item for a refund. Simply email us at within 7 days of receipt of your purchase for a return authorization number then ship the item back to us placing the authorization number on the outside of the box below the address.
You will be given a full refund less the original shipping charges as long as the item is in its original condition and packaging. If you received complimentary shipping we will deduct the actual cost for the original shipping from the amount refunded. All returned packages must be insured for the full amount of the item being returned.
We can only accept returns for items purchased on our website. Purchases made at our store must be returned to the store. No COD packages will be accepted.
NOTE: This refund policy is exclusive for ONLINE purchases only and does not include any items purchased on site at the retail location.
We are happy to offer complimentary shipping on any orders of $300 or more per ship-to address.
For orders less than $300, shipping charges will be $10 shipping fee per ship-to address.
Most of our shipping is done through UPS and complimentary shipping covers regular ground service. We carefully pack and insure all of our items.
We are happy to arrange expedited shipping. There are additional costs for this service and we will contact you with the amount prior to completing our transaction.
Please note that certain oversized or especially fragile items will incur additional shipping and handling charges, including items over $100. For these items we will contact you by email with the amount before we complete the transaction. Shipping rates quoted above are for shipping within the continental United States.
FOR CLOTHING ITEMS: NJ does not charge sales tax. Sales tax will be immediately refunded after purchase.
